This website has no forms, so we do not collect information through it. When you call the dispatch line, you tell us your name, address, phone number and a description of the damage. We use that information to dispatch a crew and to follow up on your job.
Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes.
How we use information
We use what you tell us to understand the problem, to arrange a licensed, insured crew and to answer your questions. We may share the details of your job with the professionals who carry out the work, because they need them to reach you and complete it.
Third-party services on this site
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and may display a Google Maps embed. Those services may receive your IP address and browser details when the page loads, under their own privacy policies. We do not run advertising trackers on the site.
Your choices
If you would like us to correct or remove information from your job record, call the dispatch line and tell us. You can also email contact@moorparkwaterdamagepros.com for non-urgent privacy questions.
How long we keep job information
We keep job records for as long as they are useful to complete your job, answer questions about it and meet legal or insurance documentation needs. After that, records are removed or reduced to what the law requires us to keep.
Children
This site and our dispatch line are intended for adults who own or manage property. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
